Velto

Terms of Service

Draft. Last updated November 5, 2026.

Draft notice: This draft must be reviewed by a qualified US attorney before launch.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Velto website at veltorh.trade, the Velto web app, and related software (together, "Velto" or the "Service"), provided by [Velto legal entity name] ("Velto," "we," "us"). By using Velto you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Velto.

2. What Velto is (and is not)

Velto is software. It displays market data, prepares transaction quotes from third-party routing services, screens tokens and transactions with Shield, and lets you sign transactions in your own wallet.

Velto is not a broker, dealer, exchange, alternative trading system, money transmitter, custodian, bank, investment adviser, or fiduciary. Velto does not execute, match, or clear trades, does not hold or route your funds, and is not registered with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, FinCEN, or any state regulator in any of those capacities. The $VELTO name refers to the Velto brand; nothing on the Service is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, token, or other asset.

Velto is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any blockchain network or exchange that Velto supports.

3. Non-custodial software

You alone control your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. Velto never asks for, receives, or stores them and cannot access, freeze, recover, or reverse your assets or transactions. If you lose your keys, Velto cannot help you recover your funds. Never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from Velto.

4. No investment, legal, or tax advice

Everything on Velto, including market scans, sentiment data, trade levels, position-size calculators, simulations, Shield verdicts, and any output generated by Claude, is general information for educational purposes only. It is not personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Paper-trading and simulation results do not predict real results. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

5. Risk disclosure

Digital assets are highly speculative and risky. By using Velto you acknowledge that:

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to browse the website and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to form a binding contract to connect a wallet or use trading features. You may not use Velto if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions, or if you are on any US government restricted-party list. You are responsible for making sure that your use of Velto is legal where you live.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

8. You are responsible for your transactions

You review and sign every transaction in your own wallet. Before signing, you are responsible for checking the recipient, token, amount, network, approvals, slippage, and fees shown by your wallet. Velto requests token approvals for the exact quoted amount rather than unlimited approvals, but your wallet's confirmation screen is the final authority. You are solely responsible for network (gas) fees, third-party fees, and any taxes owed on your activity.

9. Shield and machine-learning limitations

Shield combines rules, third-party security data (such as GoPlus), and machine-learning models to flag tokens and transactions that look risky. Shield is a risk-reduction tool, not a guarantee.

You remain responsible for your decisions. Velto is not liable for losses from assets or transactions that Shield did or did not flag.

10. Claude features (bring your own key)

Optional AI features use Claude, a model provided by Anthropic, PBC. To use them you supply an API key from your own Anthropic account.

11. Third-party services

Velto integrates services we do not control, including Google and Meta (sign-in), Anthropic (Claude), LI.FI (quote routing), GoPlus (security data), DexScreener and GeckoTerminal (market data), Kraken (public price data), Cloudflare (network delivery), wallets, blockchains, bridges, and decentralized exchanges. Your use of them is subject to their terms. Velto does not endorse them and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, conduct, or losses they cause.

12. Accounts

You may sign in with Google or Facebook. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in provider account secure. You can delete your account at any time as described on our Data deletion page.

13. Intellectual property and feedback

The Velto name, logo, and the Service (excluding open-source components, which are governed by their own licenses) are owned by Velto or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal use under these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Velto does not warrant that market data, quotes, Shield verdicts, or AI output are accurate, complete, or timely.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velto and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, digital assets, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Velto's total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Velto in the 12 months before the claim or one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the commitments in our Security Pledge.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Velto and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contributors from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your transactions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State TBD] and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [County, State TBD], and you and Velto consent to their jurisdiction. Attorney review: consider arbitration and class-action waiver

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the Service. You may stop using Velto at any time. Because Velto is non-custodial, termination never affects your control of your wallet or assets. Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, and 13 through 17 survive termination.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, give signed-in users notice before they take effect. Continuing to use Velto after changes take effect means you accept them.
